My running journey didn’t begin in a marathon—it began in my mind. I started with a single run, short of breath, full of doubt. But with every step, I became stronger. Now, I train, guide, and motivate runners like you to turn self-doubt into strength, and everyday routines into victories.
Runs 5–6 days a week, mixing long runs, tempo runs, intervals, and easy recovery jogs to build stamina, speed, and cardiovascular strength. Long runs are key for marathon prep.
2–3 sessions weekly focusing on lower body, core, and functional strength. Exercises like squats, lunges, and planks help prevent injuries and improve running efficiency.
Daily post-run stretches and foam rolling to reduce muscle tightness. Weekly yoga sessions aid flexibility and mental calm. At least one full rest or light recovery day is essential.
Fuels with balanced meals rich in carbs, protein, and healthy fats. Stays hydrated daily, with added electrolytes during long runs. Post-run recovery meals within 30 minutes.
